GoHighLevel requires its own monthly subscription. We can set you up under our agency account if you prefer, or you can sign up directly and grant us access — we'll walk you through the current pricing options during discovery. Either way works.
Typical timeline is 2–4 weeks from kickoff to launch. Faster builds (3-5 days) are possible for simpler setups. Larger builds with lots of integrations sometimes go to 6 weeks. We give you a timeline after discovery — no surprises.
Great. We audit what you have, document what's working, and rebuild only what needs rebuilding. Some clients keep 50% of their existing setup and we just add the missing pieces. Others want a full rebuild because the foundation is wrong.
Yes. We migrate contacts, leads, conversations, and pipeline data from HubSpot, Pipedrive, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, or anything that exports CSV. Migration is included in the setup fee unless your data is unusually messy.
30 days of optimization and support are included. After that, we offer a monthly retainer ($250–500/mo depending on scope) for ongoing tweaks, new automations, and troubleshooting. Most clients keep us on for the first 6 months, then go solo once they're comfortable.
Yes — that's the whole point. The training and documentation are designed so you can manage, edit, and expand the system without us. We don't lock you in. If you ever want to leave, the system stays yours, fully functional, no kill switch.
Then we'll tell you. GHL is great for most service businesses, but not all. If your needs are better served by HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or a custom stack, we'll say so in the discovery call. We'd rather lose a sale than build you something wrong.
